Kai Bender enjoys over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in the USA, Ecuador, Spain, Hong Kong, Macau, Indonesia and the Philippines. He has held assignments with CCA International one of the leading international companies for development and operation of prestigious private clubs, exclusive conference venues, residential and real estate developments in Asia and Europe. And joined the luxury hotel group “Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts” until he opened his own company CEM Corporate Event Management one of the leading agencies in Germany.

He is a passionate cosmopolitan and is addicted to football. He has played in all the countries he lived in.

Kai is responsible for introducing and developing initiatives that benefit the portfolio of TLE.
