TLE operates a white label concept. The name TLE will not appear anywhere, because we operate under the name of the hotel. We use the hotel’s business cards and communicate by way of an email address assigned by the partner hotel. We provide a dedicated phone number to each hotel. The hotel can be reached by a “local call” in German language. Interaction becomes considerably more convenient for the customers.
We thereby create a strong presence and higher awareness for a partner hotel in the three important markets (Germany, Switzerland and Austria).
