Susana enjoys a wealth of experience in the marketing of international luxury hotels. Years of work for „The Leading Hotels of the World“ and „Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts“ as well as the success of the agency since formation, prove over a decade of delivering valuable advice and support to the agency’s esteemed clients.

Jochen Bender, Advisory Board
Jochen has held executive positions in leading international hotel companies. He has served on the Board of Whitbread PlC London. Business has taken him to almost 60 countries and spent years in London, Rio de Janeiro and various developing countries.
Jochen is an honorary representative for the society sponsoring the reconstruction of the Berlin Palace as Humboldt Forum, Germany’s most important cultural project. He is a member of the Academic Council of the Frankfurter Zukunftsrat, a think tank for Germany.
His extensive know-how in the hospitality industry is a great asset for all team members. His role at TLE is to establish strategic partnerships. Jochen enjoys excellent personal contacts to decision makers in industry, media and society.
Kai Bender, Business Development
Kai Bender enjoys over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in the USA, Ecuador, Spain, Hong Kong, Macau, Indonesia and the Philippines. He has held assignments with CCA International one of the leading international companies for development and operation of prestigious private clubs, exclusive conference venues, residential and real estate developments in Asia and Europe. Kai joined the luxury hotel group “Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts” until he opened his own company CEM Corporate Event Management; one of the leading event agencies in Germany.
He is a passionate cosmopolitan, and is addicted to football. He has played in all the countries he lived in.
Kai is responsible for introducing and developing initiatives that benefit the portfolio of TLE.
Dominique Liggins, Director of Sales & Marketing
The title of Dominique Liggins’s biography could read: “Fully trained hotel specialist looked for and found passion in marketing exquisite hotels”. After holding executive sales positions in different hotels and representation companies, such as Hyatt International, A-ROSA Hotels & Resorts and Lobster Experience, the majored sales and marketing expert newly joined TLE to continue making his passion to his profession.
Vera Nebel, Sales & Marketing Manager
After accomplishing her university studies with a bachelor’s degree in International Marketing and a diploma in International Tourism, Vera started her career in educational travel. She gained invaluable experience of the international tourism industry in the position of Product Manager Asia at EWTC, a German luxury tour operator. As Product Manager Africa, Indian Ocean and Middle East at Dertour Deluxe, she deepened her knowledge of the tour operator business and gained additional destination knowledge.
Vera has a deep understanding of luxury customers‘ as well as hotelier’s needs. She has worked and travelled in South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Her passion is the travel industry and she claims that satisfying customer’s needs is her upmost priority.
